How to start your free trial

Avo Assure’s 14-day(s) Cloud-Based trial system is launched to let users try the product and have hands-on experience with the features. This helps to understand the features to leverage the benefits of Avo Assure. In addition to the application, we also let users experience our product through a test web application called Avo bank. Additionally, you can have the chance to automate an entire process utilizing Avo Bank as a test platform, giving you more hands-on experience. Please look at the steps below to register for a trial account.

Register for a Trial Account

You can create a trial account for 14-day(s), by using the link Start Free Trial - Avo Automation on the website of Avo Assure.
  • The user must download and install the Avo Assure client. By default, for trial users, a 14-day(s) license is applied. The free trial lets users familiarize themselves with the product features and get a sneak peek of what’s available in the paid version. Note: user cannot register for more than one trial. However, suppose you wish to extend the trial beyond 14 days. In that case, you can contact the Avo Assure sales team ([email protected]).

    The user has to navigate to the trial registration URL Start Free Trial - Avo Automation.
  2. 2.
    The user has to enter the details in the required fields to register for a trial.
  3. 3.
    Read the Avo Automation free trial ‘Terms of use’ and ‘Privacy policy,, and click the check box below to accept. Then click the START YOUR FREE TRIAL button.
  4. 4.
    Then, the web page will navigate to a new screen as below. Note: Now check your inbox, and you should find an email from [email protected] with more information. If you do not receive our email, please check your Junk folder.
  5. 5.
    The email will contain a) Username and Avo Assure web application URL. b Too help the user access the Avo Assure product quickly, we provide Avo Test Lab (Avo bank), Avo Video Tutorial, and Avo Trial User Guide.

    Click on the Activate your Account button to activate your account.

First Time Change Your Password

Once the user is registered, the user must change the password for the first time.
  1. 1.
    Clicking the Activate Your Account button in the email will navigate the user to the Change Password window, as shown below.
  2. 2.
    The User must enter a new password. The new Password must meet the following requirements: a) It must be 8-16 characters long. b) It must contain at least an uppercase and a lowercase letter. c) It must contain at least a number and a special character. d) The user must enter the new password in the New Password box. Note: The system shows a validation error if the user enters an invalid password.

    The user must click the Change Password button, and the system will generate a toast message Password Changed Successfully. Note: If the user enters an invalid password more than five times, the user account will be locked, and the account will be unlocked within 20 minutes.

Sign in to Avo Assure

  1. 1.
    The user must enter valid credentials, as shown below. Note: The user must use the same email address specified during the trial registration process or username as given in the trial email and use the new password.
  2. 2.
    The user has to click the Log in button, as shown below.
  3. 3.
    The system will navigate the user to a screen to download the Avo Assure client.
